"A couple of days ago we went into Hurst Music to rent a violin for my daughter. I'm not musical at all and had no clue what to expect. There was a nice older man who helped us answer all of my questions regarding what we needed to how often she should practice everyday. He measured her to assure us that she needed 1/8 violin (it's so tiny) and then proceeded to show my daughter a magic trick. I was truly impressed with the gentleman's patience and his kindness. It's something you don't always see these days. Thank you for a great experience."

"Great service. Used to rent with another music store in town and after experiencing many issues with that company we made the switch. The rep from their company David always brings reeds/supplies that my daughter needs so we don't have to drive to Lexington."

 Since March of 2020, Covid-19 has made it quite difficult for those in the music community to perform, and has also made it hard on those of us who enjoy attending concerts.
